JULES MYERS, MSOD
Jules is an organization development consultant and coach who uses natural and manmade ecosystems as metaphor for how organizations and people grow, develop, and thrive – or don’t. She believes transformative change occurs when people, organizations, and systems recognize their interconnectedness while at the same time respecting multiple realities. With this tenet as her foundational guideline, Jules created the Red Barn Institute to combine her expertise in organization development, her passion for environmental stewardship, and her unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion into a singular, unique focus: inspiring transformational change that leads to a sustainable future with peace and abundance for all.
Jules has worked with a variety of clients including universities, museums, educational and environmental non-profits, government agencies, and small businesses. She has also led hundreds of volunteers and citizen scientists in outreach efforts to learn about and restore natural areas. Jules received a Master of Science in Organization Development from the American University/NTL Institute for the Applied Behavioral Sciences and is a certified Rockport Institute Coach. She is also a certified Master Watershed Steward from the National Capital Region-Watershed Stewards Academy.
